Instructions:

Understand the basic principles and structure of the upright microscope and the inverted fluorescence microscope. Be able to select appropriate microscope based on one's own experimental requirements. Observe and identify the differences between various samples under magnification. Learn the fluorescent staining techniques of live cell samples. Correctly use and handle a microscope, take photo, and analyze and interpret imaging data.
